In attendance at the XFA 2 was former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Ricco "Suave" Rodriguez, IFL superstar, John Gunderson, UFC fighter, "The Dean of Mean" Keith Jardine and many more. The main event brought together two tough 185 pound fighters. Representing Renvo, NV was Vernon "Tiger" White versus Las Vegas' own, Anthony "Hitman" Brown. The 1st round both fighters showed a lot of respect and easing into the action.

The fight was quickly stopped after a incidental headbutt brought the ringside doctor into the ring to examine both fighters. There was no apparent damage to either fighter and the round continued with limited action. The 2nd round both fighters exchanged kicks and punches. The crowd begins to get a little restless and neither fighter has an edge. At the sound of the bell, the fans begin to boo.

The 3rd round both fighters came out a little more determined, mixing it up with both fighters trading combinations. But, the quick pace slowed down as the crowd resumed their boos. It was hard to say which fighter had the advantage. Brown seemed to be more busy and landing some good combos. The judges scored the bout 29-28, 29-28, 30-27 for the winner, Vernon "Tiger" White. White was interviewed after the fight and announced the birth of his son earlier that day. Congratulations to Vernon and we hope to see the Hitman back in action soon. -PACO
